श्री खड्गकाली माध्यमिक विद्यालयका आधारभूत तहका स्थायी शिक्षक उम बहादुर गुरुङ (विकास), शिक्षा क्षेत्रमा आफ्नो उत्कृष्ट योगदानका लागि परिचित हुनुहुन्छ। उहाँको गहन ज्ञान र विशिष्ट शिक्षण शैलीमार्फत विद्यार्थीहरूमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याइएको छ।
गुरुङको शिक्षण शैली परम्परागत विधिभन्दा भिन्न र नवीनतम छ। उहाँले विद्यार्थीहरूलाई मनोवैज्ञानिक तथा बालमैत्री वातावरणमा अध्यापन गराउनुहुन्छ, जसले गर्दा उनीहरूले कम्प्युटर र अंग्रेजीजस्ता विषयलाई पनि डर र दबाबमुक्त भई सिक्न सक्छन्।

सेवा इतिहास
Joined श्री खड्गकाली माध्यमिक विद्यालय as a private employee, laying the foundation of a dedicated teaching career with strong initiative and commitment to student growth. This marks the commencement of 11 years of academic service (Experience in this school only).
अस्थायी नियुक्ति प्राप्त गरी आधारभूत तहमा कार्यसम्पादन। Began official temporary service teaching Computer and English with a child-friendly, pressure-free methodology that gained recognition across the school community.
शिक्षक सेवा आयोग (TSC) बाट स्थायी नियुक्ति। Successfully cleared the national Teacher Service Commission examination, earning permanent status — a testament to years of dedicated and effective teaching.
Currently serving as a full permanent teacher at the basic level. Continues to pioneer innovative, technology-integrated, and student-centred teaching, inspiring hundreds of young learners every year.
